Risk disclosure
Read this before you launch or trade anything on Heist Street.
You can lose everything
Tokens launched here have no intrinsic value, no revenue, and no obligation behind them. Most will go to zero. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
A Target is a trading pair, not backing
Pairing a launch with a Robinhood Stock Token does not make the launched token a share, does not entitle you to dividends or voting rights, and does not make it redeemable for anything.
Price and oracle risk
Stock Token pricing depends on external oracles. If a price feed goes stale, reports a non-positive value, or the network sequencer goes down, quoted values can be wrong. Heist Street blocks actions when it detects this, but detection is never perfect.
Halts and corporate actions
Stock Tokens can be halted, and corporate actions such as splits change their multiplier. These events can move pool prices sharply or make a pair temporarily untradeable.
Smart contract risk
The launch and pool contracts are third-party code. Audits reduce but never remove the risk of bugs, exploits, or economic attacks.
Liquidity and slippage
Launch pools are thin at the start. Large orders can move the price dramatically, and you may be unable to exit at the price you see.
Creator behaviour
Creators receive a vested allocation and earn fees. They may sell. Anyone can create a launch using any name or image, including one that impersonates a brand or person.
Irreversibility
On-chain transactions cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded by anyone, including Heist Street.
