1. What Heist Street is
Heist Street is a self-service interface to public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. It is non-custodial: it never holds, controls, or has the ability to move your assets or private keys. Every state change is a transaction you sign from your own wallet.
2. No affiliation
Heist Street is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood, Doppler, Uniswap, any public company, or any game publisher.
3. Tokens are not securities or stock
Launched tokens are not backed by any stock, are not shares, are not redeemable for shares, and are not issued or endorsed by the referenced company. Selecting a Stock Token only sets the trading pair.
4. No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any token, any launch creator, and any transaction you sign.
5. Eligibility
You may not use Heist Street if you are located in, or are a resident of, a jurisdiction where the use of this interface would be unlawful, or if you appear on any applicable sanctions list.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The interface is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts can contain bugs, oracles can fail, and networks can halt. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Heist Street are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this interface or the underlying contracts.
7. Content and moderation
Launch names, images, and descriptions are supplied by their creators. Heist Street may hide content that is illegal, impersonates a third party, or infringes rights, but it cannot alter or remove anything already recorded on-chain.
